On Sunday April 11th 2010 8 of British Columbia’s up and coming Junior Chefs took to the kitchen to compete in the BC Junior Chef Competition. Chef Rod Butters, Chef Geoffery Couper, and Chef Jonathan Garratt put on the Competition at Okanagan College.
It was an amazing day at the college and the list of competitors and judges was amazing:

The amazing line up of judges included – Chef Bruno Marti, Chef Bernard Casavant, Chef Scott Jager, Chef Paul Cecconi, Chef Stuart Klassen and many others. It was a huge success as this was the preceding competition to the National Competition being held in Windsor Ontario this May 31st 2010.
The top three competitors were Steve Kuan First, Brian Wawryk Second, Jasper Cruickshank Third.
